SUBCHAPTER G. ADMINISTRATION BY COMPTROLLER

The comptroller may exchange or replace, without cost, stamps affixed to a package of cigarettes if the cigarettes have become unfit for sale, use, or consumption and have been returned to the comptroller or to the manufacturer.
