SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES

The board shall hold regular meetings at least quarterly and special meetings at the call of the chair. Board members shall attend the meetings of the board. The chair shall oversee the preparation of an agenda for each meeting and ensure that a copy is provided to each board member at least seven days before the meeting.
