SUBCHAPTER C. CONTRACT WITH TRANSPORTATION CORPORATION

In addition to the powers granted under this subchapter, the commission has any other power that is reasonable and necessary to allow it to contract with a transportation corporation for the construction of a highway as provided by this subchapter.
