SUBCHAPTER C. ROAD DISTRICT IN ADJOINING COUNTIES

Bonds issued under this subchapter shall mature not later than the 40th anniversary of the date of their issuance and shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed that provided by Chapter 1204, Government Code.
