CHAPTER 282. TOLL UNDERPASS OR TUNNEL IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

The commissioners court and the franchisee shall agree on a reasonable toll to impose for all cattle, railroads, persons, or vehicles that pass through the underpass or tunnel.
