SUBCHAPTER C. BONDS AND FINANCES

The commissioners court by resolution or order may issue bonds to refund outstanding bonds that were issued under this chapter, subject to any restriction in the bond resolutions or orders or in the trust indentures relating to the issuance of the bonds.
