Tex. Transportation Code § 365.031: AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS.

Where this section sits in the code

A district may issue bonds to finance a toll road project:

(1) to the extent and for the purpose a county may pay the cost of a project under Chapter 284; and

(2) as provided by Chapter 1371, Government Code.
