SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL AUTHORITY RELATING TO TOLL BRIDGES

For any public purpose, a municipality may acquire, construct, improve, enlarge, equip, operate, or maintain a toll bridge over a section of the Rio Grande that forms the border between this state and the United Mexican States.
