SUBCHAPTER G. PARTICIPATION IN FINANCING, CONSTRUCTION, AND OPERATION OF TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS

An authority may enter into any contract, loan agreement, or other agreement necessary or convenient to achieve the purposes of this subchapter.
