  5. SUBCHAPTER C. LICENSE AND PERMIT FOR COMMERCIAL SIGNS

The commission may set the amount of a license fee according to a scale graduated by the number of commercial signs owned by the license applicant that are regulated under this chapter and the number of off-premise signs owned by the license applicant and regulated under Chapter 394.
