CHAPTER 391. HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION ON INTERSTATE AND PRIMARY SYSTEMS AND CERTAIN ROADS
SUBCHAPTER C. LICENSE AND PERMIT FOR COMMERCIAL SIGNS

In addition to authorizing a person to erect or maintain a commercial sign under this chapter, a license issued under this chapter authorizes a person to erect or maintain an off-premise sign under Chapter 394.
