SUBCHAPTER F. ACQUISITION FOR SCENIC ENHANCEMENT OR PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION

The commission may acquire and provide rest and recreation areas or sanitary and other facilities in or adjacent to a highway right-of-way if the area or facility is necessary to accommodate the traveling public.
