SUBCHAPTER H. REGULATION OF COMMERCIAL SIGNS ON STATE HIGHWAY 288

The department may license or otherwise regulate the erection of a commercial sign that is located within 1,000 feet of the center line of that part of State Highway 288 in the unincorporated area of a county.
