SUBCHAPTER B. LICENSE AND PERMIT FOR OFF-PREMISE SIGN

The commission may set the amount of a license fee according to a scale graduated by the number of off-premise signs owned by the license applicant regulated under this chapter and commercial signs owned by the applicant regulated under Chapter 391.
