SUBCHAPTER B. LICENSE AND PERMIT FOR OFF-PREMISE SIGN

In addition to authorizing a person to erect or maintain an off-premise sign, a license issued under this chapter authorizes a person to erect or maintain a commercial sign under Chapter 391.
