SUBCHAPTER C. OTHER GENERAL REGULATIONS

The commission or a person designated by the commission, in an appropriate case and subject to an appropriate condition or safeguard, may make a special exception to this chapter regarding a permit for an off-premise outdoor sign on a rural road.
