(a) If a county adopts a prohibition or regulation under Section 394.063, the attorney representing the county in district court may seek injunctive relief to prevent the violation or threatened violation of the prohibition or regulation.

(b) A violation of a prohibition or regulation adopted under Section 394.063 is a Class C misdemeanor.
