SUBCHAPTER B. TOLL ROAD INFORMATIONAL SIGNS

(a) The commissioners court shall deposit money received under this subchapter to the credit of an account in the county general fund.

(b) The commissioners court may use money in the account only to erect, maintain, or regulate motorist information panels.
