  5. SUBCHAPTER B. CREATION AND OPERATION OF CORPORATION

(a) The board shall adopt the initial bylaws of a corporation. The commission, by resolution, must approve the initial bylaws.

(b) A corporation may change its bylaws only with the approval of the commission.
