  5. SUBCHAPTER E. AMENDMENT OR RESTATEMENT OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

The commission, at its sole discretion, may amend the articles of incorporation at any time by:

(1) adopting the amendment by resolution; and

(2) delivering the articles of amendment to the secretary of state.
