SUBCHAPTER E. AMENDMENT OR RESTATEMENT OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

A corporation, by following the procedure to amend the articles of incorporation in this subchapter, including obtaining the approval of the commission, may authorize, execute, and file restated articles of incorporation as provided by this subchapter.
