Tex. Transportation Code § 441.024: GRANTING OR DENYING PETITION.

Where this section sits in the code

As soon as practicable after conclusion of the hearing, the commission shall adopt an order:

(1) granting the creation of the district and approving the plan; or

(2) denying the petition and disapproving the plan.
