SUBCHAPTER J. FINANCIAL AND PERFORMANCE AUDITS

(a) The board of an authority shall have an annual audit of the affairs of the authority prepared by an independent certified public accountant or a firm of independent certified public accountants.

(b) The audit is open to public inspection.
