  5. SUBCHAPTER M. PROVISIONS GENERALLY APPLICABLE TO SUBREGIONAL BOARDS

(a) A member of a subregional board serves at the pleasure of the appointing governing body.

(b) Each September each appointment must be reaffirmed.

(c) A vacancy on a subregional board is filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
