SUBCHAPTER N. SUBREGIONAL BOARD IN AUTHORITY HAVING NO MUNICIPALITY WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN 1.1 MILLION

(a) Six members of the subregional board are a quorum.

(b) An action of the board requires a majority vote of the members present.
