SUBCHAPTER Q. WITHDRAWAL OF TERRITORY FROM AUTHORITY; DISSOLUTION

The executive committee shall certify to a withdrawn unit of election and to the comptroller the total financial obligation of the unit to the authority as determined under this subchapter.
