SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The continuation of a transit department created in compliance with, and for which a tax has been approved under, this chapter is not affected by a later failure of the municipality that created the transit department to meet a requirement of Section 453.002(a) or 453.051(a)(2).
