SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

An application for project financing under this chapter must be certified and contain a statement by the applicant that the proposed public transportation project is consistent with the continuing, cooperative, and comprehensive regional transportation planning implemented in accordance with the Federal Transit Act and the Federal-Aid Highway Act.
