SUBCHAPTER F. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

(a) The executive committee of an authority is the board of directors of the regional planning commission established for the area of the authority under Chapter 391, Local Government Code.

(b) Service on the executive committee by a public officer or employee is an additional duty of the office or employment.
