Tex. Transportation Code § 621.006: RESTRICTED OPERATION ON CERTAIN HOLIDAYS.

Where this section sits in the code

The commission by rule may impose restrictions on the weight and size of vehicles to be operated on state highways on the following holidays only:

(1) New Year's Day;

(2) Memorial Day;

(3) Independence Day;

(4) Labor Day;

(5) Thanksgiving Day; and

(6) Christmas Day.
