SUBCHAPTER P. PORT OF CORPUS CHRISTI AUTHORITY PERMITS

Movement authorized by a permit issued under this subchapter may not exceed the posted speed limit or 55 miles per hour, whichever is less. Violation of this provision shall constitute a moving violation.
