  4. CHAPTER 647. MOTOR TRANSPORTATION OF MIGRANT AGRICULTURAL WORKERS

(a) A carrier who violates this chapter commits an offense.

(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $5 or more than $50.
