SUBCHAPTER I. CUSTOMER RATE RELIEF BONDS

A commissioner of the railroad commission, a railroad commission employee, a member of the board of directors of the authority, an employee of the authority, or a director, officer, or employee of any issuing financing entity is not personally liable for a result of an exercise of a duty or responsibility established under this subchapter.
