  5. SUBCHAPTER B. CREATION AND OPERATION OF ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES

(a) Three or more individuals may act as incorporators of an electric cooperative by executing articles of incorporation as provided by this chapter.

(b) An incorporator must:

(1) be at least 21 years of age; and

(2) reside in this state.
