CHAPTER 187. BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE FACILITY SAFETY

This chapter applies only to a battery energy storage facility with a capacity of one megawatt hour or greater and a commercial operations date, determined according to criteria adopted by the commissioner, that occurs on or after January 1, 2027.
