Tex. Utilities Code § 31.051: DEFINITION.

Where this section sits in the code

In this subchapter, "utility" means:

(1) an electric cooperative;

(2) an electric utility;

(3) a municipally owned electric utility; or

(4) a transmission and distribution utility.
