SUBCHAPTER B. ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE UTILITY CHOICE

An electric cooperative that owns or operates transmission and distribution facilities shall file tariffs implementing the open access rules established by the commission under Section 39.203 with the appropriate regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the transmission and distribution service of the electric cooperative before the 90th day preceding the date the electric cooperative offers customer choice.
