SUBCHAPTER G. SPECIAL PROCEDURES FOR SMALL LOCAL EXCHANGE COMPANIES AND COOPERATIVES

A rate established under this subchapter must be in accordance with the rate-setting principles of this chapter, except that a company may provide to its board members, officers, employees, or agents free or reduced rates for services.
