SUBCHAPTER C. CERTIFICATE OF OPERATING AUTHORITY

If a certificate holder fails to comply with a requirement of this title, the commission may:

(1) revoke the holder's certificate;

(2) impose against the holder administrative penalties under Subchapter B, Chapter 15; or

(3) take another action under Subchapter B, Chapter 15.
