SUBCHAPTER F. AUTOMATIC DIAL ANNOUNCING DEVICES

(a) A person commits an offense if the person owns or operates an automated dial announcing device that the person knows is operating in violation of this subchapter.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
