SUBCHAPTER I. DIRECTORY LISTINGS AND ASSISTANCE

A telecommunications utility or an affiliate of that utility that publishes a residential or business telephone directory that is distributed to the public shall publish in the directory the name of each state senator or representative who represents all or part of the geographical area for which the directory contains listings.
