SUBCHAPTER B. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES RELATING TO WATER RIGHTS

Any member or employee of the commission may enter any person's land, natural waterway, or artificial waterway for the purpose of making an investigation that would, in the judgment of the executive director, assist the commission in the discharge of its duties.
