SUBCHAPTER E. ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT OF FACILITIES

Except as provided by Section 16.1331 of this code, the board shall obtain permits from the commission for the storage, transportation, and application to beneficial use of water in reservoirs and associated works constructed by the board.
