SUBCHAPTER D. ASSISTANCE TO POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS FOR WATER SUPPLY PROJECTS

If there is insufficient money available to fund all applications under this subchapter, the board shall give preference to applications for political subdivisions that the board finds cannot reasonably finance the project without assistance from the state.
