SUBCHAPTER F. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR WATER QUALITY ENHANCEMENT PURPOSES

The purpose of this subchapter is to provide for making loans of water quality enhancement funds authorized by Article III, Sections 49-d-1, 49-d-2, 49-d-6, and 49-d-7, of the Texas Constitution to political subdivisions of the state for the construction of treatment works.
