SUBCHAPTER F. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR WATER QUALITY ENHANCEMENT PURPOSES

If there is insufficient money available to fund all applications under this subchapter, the board shall give preference to applications for political subdivisions that the board finds cannot reasonably finance the treatment works without assistance from the state.
