SUBCHAPTER J. AGRICULTURAL WATER CONSERVATION BOND PROGRAM

After approval of the proceedings relating to bonds issued under this subchapter by the attorney general, registration of the proceedings by the comptroller, and delivery to the purchasers, the bonds are incontestable and constitute general obligations of the state.
