SUBCHAPTER D. PROHIBITION AGAINST POLLUTION; ENFORCEMENT

The Parks and Wildlife Department and its authorized employees shall enforce the provisions of this chapter to the extent that any violation affects aquatic life and wildlife as provided in Section 7.109.
