SUBCHAPTER I. UNDERGROUND AND ABOVEGROUND STORAGE

(a) The commission shall adopt performance standards for existing underground storage tanks and underground storage tanks brought into use on or after the effective date of the standards.

(b) The performance standards for underground storage tanks must include design, construction, installation, release detection, and compatibility standards.
