SUBCHAPTER I. UNDERGROUND AND ABOVEGROUND STORAGE

An owner or operator to whom a closure letter for a site has been issued under Section 26.3572 may not be held liable for the owner's or operator's conduct taken in reliance on and within the scope of the closure letter.
